Worst service ...I don't know what these receptionist are doing sitting there not talking to customer properly and not giving invoice on asking.we have to wait for full day for one invoice copy
This is the worst experience ever. First, they asked us to wait for 40 minutes, but once the time was over, they told us that our number was fifth. When I asked again after 15 minutes, they didn’t give any clear update about the queue. They even sent patients who arrived after us before our turn. We ended up waiting for nearly 3 hour even after being told our number was five. They take extra money and send the later patients in early.
Worst service they have not provided me bill when i have asked for invoice for claim they took around 1 day time for giving invoice that too without seal and signature. They take time to give report also.Not handling calls properly also.
