Very Good Hospitality….. nd CT Scans films were excellent….. My consult doctor praisies alot about the clearity of CT Films….!!

This SGD diagnostic centre has ok ok, neither bad nor great experience. It is just they are doing their job that’s it. Yes they don’t have any specific peon but they maintain hygiene. I went there around 10am today and i saw only 2 people over there. They have total 2 floors for all tests. There were no doctor when I was there. Also they have dental care team as well but as I was there till 11:30am only so, I didn’t see many people.

Very bad experience..staff are uneducated and even they have no knowledge about the test that are contracted here. You need to wait even after booking. My experience was tarrible..need to wait 3 hour even after conform booking..

They have old MRI machine which is now obselete. My doctor didn't considered the MRI films as the quality was very bad and my MRI report was also wrong report. I don't recommend this lab for MRI and CT scan because the quality of film and reports are not reliable

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Worst Service Ever. They we did our MRI in the morning. They promised us to give us the report by 8pm. We continously requested them to give us the report by the evening as the doctor has scheduled the surgery on tomorrow early morning so we any how need the report by today. They said they won't be able to give us by evening, we said Okay do not get late by 8pm as the surgery is scheduled tomorrow early morning. They didn't give us the report at 8 pm, i called them they said they will give us by 9pm and then after no one was receiving the call after Continuous calls. They didn't give us the report on that day, next morning we were admitted in the hospital still there was no report, we were calling them there was no response, patient suffered pain due to their negligency because the reports were awaiting. After that I called the mediator who made us go to this diagnostic centre. He then called this centre and got us the report finally. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.
