I am extremely disappointed and genuinely angry about the way patients and attendants are being treated at Vendanta Hospital. The behaviour of some staff members is completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected from such a reputed medical institution. During my recent visit, the staff nurse Aftreen and ward boy Suraj behaved in a very rude, disrespectful and insensitive manner towards the patient attendant. Their tone, attitude and lack of basic humanity were shocking. Hospitals are places where patients and families already go through stress and emotional difficulty such disgusting behaviour only makes the situation worse. This kind of conduct is absolutely non-acceptable. I am requesting the hospital management to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. The reputation of Vendanta Hospital has always been associated with care, professionalism and compassion. As far as I know, respected doctor Dr. Govind Trivedi is known for his kind-hearted nature and for treating every patient softly and gently. The behaviour of certain staff members does not reflect his values or the hospital’s legacy. I am an employee of the United Nations and honestly, I have never experienced such rude treatment in any hospital before. I sincerely request the management to maintain discipline among staff and protect the prestige and trust associated with this very prestigious hospital in Kanpur Nagar. Please take this feedback seriously and ensure patients and attendants are treated with dignity and respect in the future.

We are extremely grateful to Dr. Jaya Trivedi for her exceptional care and expertise during my wife’s delivery. She handled the entire process — right from prenatal visits to the cesarean section — with great patience, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Jaya Trivedi made sure my wife felt comfortable and confident at every step. The cesarean procedure was smooth, and both mother and baby are doing absolutely well, all thanks to her skilled hands and constant support. We couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to guide us through this beautiful journey of becoming parents. Truly grateful for her dedication, warmth, and care. Highly recommended to all expecting parents!

Doctor Govind is good and experienced, but this hospital has money thirst , they keep on delayinh things so they can earn more money through bed charge . staff has no coordination they keep on delaying and forwarding things to so other person. More of like government hospital , no cleanliness no hygiene . Poor service , No visibility to patience and their family what they are doing . Everything u need to ask multiple times . They keep on hiding things just to earn more money and building big bill. Only good things is doctor govind.

Hospital doctor treatment is good for patient & hospitality but doctor time to come to the hospital is always late. I already discussed with the doctor for timing & also complained in reception but nobody will be serious about this The doctor come on time if they give the time to meet his/her patient. When I complained reception they have per day same excuse that the doctor is busy in operation. I accepted that some time it will be in operation. It may be 1 day, 2 day either 3-4 days but every day when i complained for the doctor come late they excuse the same explanation.
