Park Hospital

I was admitted to this hospital in January 2025, but unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. My treatment was started without conducting any basic blood tests or other investigations, and I was given antibiotics costing ₹2500 per dose. I had clearly informed the staff that I was admitted due to a gastric issue and needed to consult a gastric specialist. When I requested to meet the gastric doctor, I was told he was on leave. I also asked if I could meet any other specialist, but that was not arranged. The gastric doctor finally met me after two days, and until then, a general doctor continued treating me. When I requested LAMA (Leave Against Medical Advice), it was not provided, and the billing kept increasing. The hygiene in the hospital was below expectations, and the food quality for patients also needs improvement. I would like to mention that Dr. Neeraj (Gastro) was good, but the overall hospital management and services were disappointing. Due to the improper documentation sent by the hospital, my insurance claim from HDFC ERGO was also rejected. I would kindly advise others to consider this feedback while choosing a hospital. After this experience, I visited Max Hospital Saket, where all tests were done first and then the medication was started properly. The difference in the quality of care was significant.

And most importantly opd cordinator in cardio team mrs khusboo gour is very helpful and she is nice nature she understands my family problem and definitely she makes all the work very cooperatively she is very helpful and Dr. Himanshu Arora sir very gentle helping person kind and compassionate opd and ipd treatment is so nice staff is also so nice
