65 on GoogleCareless centre. I 've a bitter and tremendous experience. When the report of another diagnostic centre is normal SERUM sent me the report of acute leukaemia i.e. cancer.
It is under CGHS. But it is quite strange that they ask the card holder for OTP sent to card holder's mobile registered for CGHS. Actually no OTP should be shared with others. OTP is for mobile owner only. Then why shold it be shared with counter person?. It is simply misguiding, Even cheating is possible also. Therefore patient party should be careful about this. The behaviour of the receptionist is not well mannered.
I had a very disappointing experience at SERUM Analysis Centre, Asansol. As a chronic kidney patient, I received a blood report from this lab showing my serum phosphate level as 9.02 mg/dL, which was dangerously high and caused a lot of stress and unnecessary expenses for repeat tests and scans. When I got retested at Healthworld Hospitals Asansol, my phosphate level was 3.32 mg/dL-completely normal-and my doctor confirmed the first report was clearly wrong. After checking the NABL official database, I found that the Asansol branch of SERUM is NOT NABL-accredited, even though the group advertises NABL certification. Such errors and misleading claims are unacceptable for a diagnostic lab. I strongly advise others to be cautious and always verify reports and certifications before making medical decisions.
Worst service provider. Extremely high costs. This place is covered under CGHS( Central Government Health Scheme) for central government employees and pensioners. But the management first misguides and then refuses to work under CGHS. A complain should be registered at respected offices
