Sahyadri Hospital is all about getting all the comforts and facilities under one roof. Sahyadri Hospital is a brand. All the colleagues and employees of Sahyadri Hospital also provide very good quality facilities. And its security guard does a very good job. The conversation and treatment of Dr. Prashant Pawar did a very good job. We are very happy with his treatment.

My experience at Sahyadri Hospital Nashik was excellent. The service is truly outstanding, and the staff is very polite, helpful, and professional. The doctors are highly experienced and explain everything clearly, which gives great confidence and comfort to patients. The hospital is very clean and well-maintained, with proper hygiene and sanitation everywhere. The entire process—from reception to treatment—was smooth and well-organized. The staff regularly checks on patients and provides very good care. Overall, one of the best hospitals in Nashik with top-quality service and patient care. Highly recommended. 👍

We had an excellent experience at this hospital. The angioplasty treatment was done very smoothly and successfully. The cardiologist explained every step clearly and gave us a lot of confidence during a stressful time. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, calm, and caring. The nursing staff deserves special appreciation—they were very attentive, supportive, and treated the patient like family. Cleanliness, hygiene, and overall management were outstanding. From admission to discharge, everything was well organized and timely. Special thanks to Dr Prashant Pawar sir and entire hospital team for their dedication and care. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this hospital for heart and angioplasty treatment.

This review does not judge clinical aspects, as I am not a doctor. It is about the operational experience, since much of what patients pay for is beyond doctors’ fees. As an institution, a hospital is also a service provider with patient & their attendants as customers. Positives: 1. No issues with the expertise and outcome of the clinical aspects. We are really grateful to Dr. Dhawal Chowksi for restoring the patient’s health back to normal. 2. Meena Sister stood out for her skill and care. 3. The TPA team, especially Pankaj Pathak, was outstanding; admission was well supported, and discharge was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. 4. Food service was punctual and reliable, and housekeeping did a consistently good job. Areas of concern: 1. Emergency department was chaotic, overcrowded, and weak in sample handling. 2. Nursing gaps: painful cannulations, poor infection control, missed IV monitoring, and repeated discrepancies between medications posted to the room vs what was actually given (both missing and wrong items). Nurses often appeared over-occupied, spending more time on paperwork and pharmacy runs than bedside care. 3. RMO role seemed limited to documentation, with patient interaction only limited to vitals check at the start and end of their Shift. 4. Processes seemed designed for staff convenience; e.g., waking patients at 6:30 am for tea or bed sheet changes. 4. Shared rooms with two TVs side by side disturb patients and indirectly push them toward private rooms. 5. Daily feedback collection is active but did not anonymous, leading to uncomfortable staff behavior afterward. The hospitalal has excellent individuals and strong points in Clinical, TPA, discharge, food, and housekeeping. However, operational inefficiencies, nursing inconsistencies, and staff-centric processes demand constant vigilance from patient attendants. I hope Sahyadri can align its operational experience with its clinical reputation.
