I had a very disappointing experience at Shree Saibaba Heart Institute & Multispeciality Hospital. Despite its reputation, the level of care and professionalism was not as expected. The ICU staff was not cooperative and lacked basic courtesy during a very critical time for our family. In such situations, patients and their families need empathy and clear communication, but unfortunately that was missing. Some of the doctors appeared arrogant and were not willing to properly explain the patient’s condition or treatment plan. The behavior and attitude made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I sincerely hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior, communication, and patient care standards.

Doctors, nurses and other staff are very cooperative and helpful. The staff is also well disciplined. There is only a facility for food to eat for the relatives of the patients, but it is incomplete and needs further improvement and facilities. Also, since the toilet for the ICU and general ward is the same, it is a little inconvenient for the relatives of the patients, and it needs further improvement. Everything else is good. And the patients are also given treatment and other facilities well.
