Savera cancer hospital is one of the best hospitals for cancer treatment. The oncologists here are very dedicated and compassionate. Patients feel free to talk to them as they are caring and soft spoken. All the other staffs and nurses are attentive and caring.
I had one of the worst experiences with this facility. The treatment provided was subpar, and it felt like the staff lacked both professionalism and compassion. The management was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns, making the situation even more frustrating. The behavior of the staff was rude and completely uncalled for, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. I strongly advise others to look for alternative options where care and customer service are actually prioritized.
