DEAR WHOEVER IS READING THIS, TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS……I went here with my Grand-ma a few weeks ago (image attached) as she was going through back pain for a long time and it had lately became so severe that it started affecting her day to day activities. They wrote a few tests the day we got there (insisted on getting the test from their lab only) and upon getting reports we consulted Dr Mahesh. We were extremely surprised and worried when he told us that “She needs to be operated right away. You are very lucky that you came just in time. If it had been delayed even by a week, the chances of her survival would have been very low.” We were shocked to learn this as she wasn’t in such bad shape that we thought she needs surgery! So we wanted to get 2nd opinion before deciding for 2 reasons: she’s an old lady and her body might not handle it, also the amount quoted by them (4-5 lakh) seemed exaggerated. So when we told Dr Mahesh that we need a couple of days to decide, he started showing his true colour and begin threatening us by saying “if you do not do this right away, she will be paralysed (might even be dead) and what good a 2nd opinion would be for you then? Am I the doctor or are you?? This was a huge red flag for us as we were aware of dark practices by much of Patna hospitals and “the sense of urgency” they create (much like swiggy in form of countdown timer at payment page) so as to not let you think twice before giving away lakhs of your hard earned money in fear of losing beloved ones. We immediately left and decided to move Delhi as I work at Amazon in Gurugram and had some useful contacts there. We met one of the best Physiotherapist and Spine surgeons here and upon doing the test and seeing reports, (they asked to get the test from any reputable lab across country and we did from HOD), they both said there’s no requirement for surgery and physiotherapy would heal her and provided her some medicines. Now she’s going through her sessions of Physiotherapy and is actually getting better ! PS: The whole point of this long review is to make you aware of the tactics played by Patna hospitals. They play with their patients life just to dupe you of money. DO NOT, I repeat, Do not trust a Patna Hospital that forces you for Surgery and tests from their own lab. Go with your gut feeling and seek 2nd opinion from a different doctor/hospital. The best advice, get a health insurance and only get treatment from top and reputable hospitals. I have my experience with Max Saket (Delhi), they charge huge but have the best doctors available. So, the insurance will cover you. Stay Safe, Stay Alert, Be happy

Blessed with a baby girl. She is our first child as parents. Best place with very hygienic environment and friendly staff. They are available 24*7 for you either it's midnight or very early morning. Another best thing is their very clean kitchen with tasty and pocket friendly price. Over all its 5* and referring everyone here

One of the worst hospital and doctor in patna. Don't go there very unhygienic place.

Dr. Neelu ma'am provided excellent care during my wife [pregnancy/delivery/surgery/consultation], ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed at every step. The hospital facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped. The nursing staff was supportive and kind, making my stay as smooth as possible.
