I recently visited Shree Ramakrishna Netralaya for an eye check-up and I am very satisfied with the services. The doctors were knowledgeable and explained the condition clearly. The hospital environment was clean and organized. A special appreciation for Shubhangi and Shraddha at the reception for their excellent behaviour, patience, and cooperation. They made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this eye hospital.

Mrs. Nagre & all the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to Abhishek who was always ready for any assistance with a smile on his face face. The watchman uncle outside also is very helpful. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the consultation and treatment. The staff is equally courteous, professional, and well-organized. From registration to follow-up, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern facilities, which adds to the confidence and comfort level. I visited this hospital in December last year for an eye check-up and a new prescription. During the examination, drops were put in my eyes that caused significant blurring of my near vision. Based on the prescription provided after this test, I got a new pair of spectacles made. However, within a month, I started experiencing serious issues — particularly with my right eye. My vision felt consistently blurred while wearing the glasses, and it was uncomfortable and concerning. By that time, I had returned to London, so I got my eyes re-examined here. The results showed that the prescription for my right eye was significantly different from what I was given at Sree Ramakrishna Netralaya. This explained the persistent blurriness and difficulty I was facing. Given this experience, I am disappointed with the accuracy of the eye test and prescription provided. An incorrect prescription can have a real impact on daily life, and unfortunately, that was the case for me. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend getting your eyes checked here.
