I had a very good experience at Swarashi Netralaya. I visited for an eye check-up along with my father, and we both were very satisfied with the consultation. The lady doctor is very calm, polite, and patient. She explained everything clearly and checked our eyes thoroughly without rushing. She made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions properly. The clinic is clean and well-managed, and the overall process was smooth. I would definitely recommend Swarashi Netralaya to anyone looking for a good and trustworthy eye check-up.

The Doctor is extremely good but the staff specifically Apeksha the counselor is unprofessional. I consulted the doctor for my cataract surgery and was advised to get some tests done and then consult with the counselor. I got the tests done and called the clinic, the counselor was not available. After a couple of days I got her on the phone and she asked me to send all the reports on WhatsApp after which she was going to talk with the doctor and get back to me but she did not so again after a couple of days I called and she was on leave then the next day she was busy and the day after she had left early. Finally I got her on the phone and she insisted that I come only at either 11.30 am or 5.30 pm as neither of the times were suitable it got delayed again. Finally without calling her I visited in the afternoon and got the counseling done. I informed her that I was going out of town for a week and to schedule the surgery on Saturday. As I was going to require general an anesthesia suddenly she called on Monday and asked me to come on Wednesday as the anesthesiologist wanted to see me personally. It was not possible for me as I was out of town and after several discussions during which I found her to be very uncooperative I decided to get my surgery done elsewhere. I guess the doctor has too many patients and the staff is very busy.

She has also taken utmost care of my mother explaining to her the recovery process post surgery and gave her confidence about her recovery. My honest review specially about Dr. Rakesh Shah. Before we met Dr. Rakesh Shah, my mother had visited many doctors in mulund and now in Ambernath related to her glucoma treatment. None of the doctors so far has explained us about procedure to put glucoma eyedrops and timings to put the eyedrops. Due to which my mother's eye pressure never came to normal. But now after we consulted Dr Rakesh Shah, he explained to my mother proper way to put eyedrops and the time intervals to put the eyedrops and now my mother's eyepressure has come to normal. I thank Dr. Rakesh Shah wholeheartedly for giving my mother such good treatment and to restore her vision. Dr. Rakesh Shah took the time to thoroughly explain each detail, ensuring I felt at ease and confident throughout the entire process.
