1,110 on GoogleI admitted my newborn baby to Shreya Hospital NICU for jaundice treatment under the observation of Dr. Ravi Prakash Gupta. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with him. He appeared to be business-minded and advised many unnecessary pathology tests, costing approximately ₹6,000. After two days, my baby’s reports were normal and the baby was stable. Despite this, Dr. Ravi Prakash Gupta insisted on keeping my baby admitted in the NICU for several more days and continued unnecessary injections and medicines. When I requested discharge, he did not agree and pressured me to keep my baby in the NICU for at least one week. I shared all the reports with other doctors for a second opinion, and they clearly informed me that the baby was fine and did not require any injections, medicines, or further NICU stay. Due to this, I discharged my baby against his advice. I had a similar experience with Dr. Shikha as well. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this doctor or hospital.
I had a very bad experience with dr shikha. The doctor’s behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. I did not feel listened to, and my concerns were not taken seriously.she was just trying to throw few english words and was being rude.she does'nt even know how to empathize with patient's visitor. The overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.she was concern more about money and repeatedly questioned family members about their relationship to the patient. As a doctor if you dont know how to maintain the tone of your voice then u don't even deserve to be there.
We visited Shreya Hospital for diagnosis of pain in shoulder and consulted Dr. K C Mishra. He is very professional and experienced. Diagnosed the issue and provided proper consultation. Staffs too are well behaved and hospital is properly maintained. Happy with the services.

My wife’s case was handled by Dr. Priya Nanda, and I cannot thank her enough for the care, dedication, and confidence she gave us throughout the journey. Dr. Priya is the kind of doctor who genuinely cares for her patients. What impressed us the most was that she remembered my wife personally and recalled every single detail of her case, including the requests we had made during our very first OPD visit. That level of attention and commitment is rare. Initially, both my wife and I were very doubtful whether a normal delivery would be possible in our case. However, all thanks to Dr. Priya’s guidance, encouragement, and expertise, we were blessed with a successful normal delivery. Today, my wife is healthy and doing well, and we couldn’t be happier. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Priya Nanda and the entire team at Shreya Hospital. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for compassionate care and the best support for normal delivery.
