I would like to share my heartfelt gratitude towards the entire hospital team from the side of patient Zohaan Qureshi’s mother. The hospital facilities and care are really very good. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but the quality of treatment and attention they provide truly justifies it. A special thanks to Duty Doctor Nadeem Sir, who immediately admitted my son when his condition was critical. I am truly grateful for his timely decision. I would also like to appreciate Akbar Ji from the staff, who knows very well how to handle and comfort children. His way of dealing with kids is really commendable. HDU staff Suraj Ji was also very supportive and attentive. A big thanks to Abid Ji as well, who has recently joined. Even in such a short time, he helped us a lot with our queries and guided us very patiently. Also, I want to mention the night shift nurse (2nd floor) whose name I unfortunately don’t know, but she took great care during the night and was very kind and responsible. And the biggest thank you goes to Dr. Naveen Tyagi. The way he treated my son and his kind, polite behavior made a very big difference for us. We felt safe and reassured under his care.
