Silverstreak Multi Speciality Hospital

My experience at Silverstreak Hospital was very disappointing. Half of the hospital building is still under construction, which makes the environment uncomfortable. The cafeteria is not functional, so you need to bring your own food as there is no canteen available. The billing was shocking — they created a huge bill in just a day’s difference, and even added the same bill twice, which was only rectified later. The staff was also rude and unhelpful, adding to the negative experience. I also noticed that ambulances tend to bring patients here while skipping other nearby hospitals, which raises concerns about possible commission practices. On top of that, there was a banner stating “not empaneled TPA" Not sure why well known TPA is not in this hospital Overall, I would not recommend this hospital.

We had an exceptional experience with for my son's hernia treatment. As parents, we were naturally anxious, but Dr. Ved Prakash, Dr. Paras and Dr. Utkarsh are amazing They took the time to explain the procedure in simple terms, patiently answering all our questions and putting our minds at ease. Their compassionate and calm approach made a difficult situation much easier for our entire family. If you are looking for a highly skilled pediatric and surgeon who truly cares about their patients You may visit to this Hospital. A special mention to the nursing and support staff for their dedication and efficiency; they did an excellent job and took great care of my son.

From the very first interaction, she was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring, which made a stressful situation much easier for our family. She took the time to explain the procedure, address our concerns, and ensured my mother was comfortable and confident throughout the treatment process. The hospital staff also deserves appreciation—they were polite, attentive, and very supportive before and after the procedure. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring. Hospital management is of worst quality. Reception staff doesn't know the work. Nursing staff keep delaying the treatment for the next shift. My patient was given tablets at 11 PM which were to be given at 8 PM. And last but not the least USG report of some other person was attached in the file which showed renal cortical cyst. We suffered unwanted worry due to this. Choose this hospital when you don't have any other option.
