I recently visited Spectra Eye, Madhyamgram for an eye checkup. My experience was quite good overall. Optometrist Anirban was very polite and patient during the entire testing process. He explained everything clearly and his behaviour was genuinely friendly. Dr. Soumya Ray was also soft-spoken and helpful, which made the consultation comfortable. The only downside is that the place feels a bit congested and not very spacious, especially when more patients are waiting. But service-wise, I’m satisfied with the checkup and the staff’s behaviour.
Had a really good experience with Dr. Somnath Ghosh. He is very polite, patient, and explains everything clearly. The consultation was smooth and reassuring. Highly satisfied with the treatment and overall care.
Had my dad's cataract eye operation.. experience was not that good. My dad is a 70+ years and after finishing up after ot had to wait a long time than suppose to... Even people working showed good attitude wile admitting but later took everything for granted till had to make ourself noticed. One lady had complainted against me for doing so which was something not at all customer friendly. I suggest proper drills should be done to make the management understand where the issue is and rectify or replace if needed.
