Got cataract surgery done on both eyes in January 26 and February 26.Quiet and spacious place covering two stories. Highly satisfied with the ambience, response and service there. Previously( early 2023) got my wife's cataract surgery here too. The smiling aproach of Dr. Anchal Mitra, who did our surgery, would instil sense of comfort and assurance in the patients immediately. Now a days it is rare to find such a highly qualified doctor with such nice and friendly aproach. Absolutely recommended for cataract problems ( atleast).

The service was smooth and the staff was very helpful. They were organised and always attended us with care and respect. The process also got completed very quickly. They kept us posted after every task was getting completed and hence it was very easy for us to understand and plan our day accordingly. My Baba got his cataract operation done and they treated him with care too, he could move around once it's done. They also gave him food which was clean and hygienic and allowed one of us to feed him. They were very detailed in explaining the medicines that he would need. The washrooms were also comparatively clean. Overall it was a great experience and we were satisfied. They had also given us some discount even though it was under mediclaim.
Had done cataract eye operation of my father earlier. This is the second time. Absolute loved their services. Super professionals here. Highly recommended. For any eye related problem you can trust them.
Avoid for emergencies or even routine visits! The processes are incredibly time-consuming. For a simple check-up, they wasted my entire day. The surgery booking desk and TPA counters feel like government offices—total time-wasters. Every query means waiting 1-2 hours, and they never give full guidance at once. Extremely frustrating experience.
