Avoid for emergencies or even routine visits! The processes are incredibly time-consuming. For a simple check-up, they wasted my entire day. The surgery booking desk and TPA counters feel like government offices—total time-wasters. Every query means waiting 1-2 hours, and they never give full guidance at once. Extremely frustrating experience.
Got cataract surgery done on both eyes in January 26 and February 26.Quiet and spacious place covering two stories. Highly satisfied with the ambience, response and service there. Previously( early 2023) got my wife's cataract surgery here too. The smiling aproach of Dr. Anchal Mitra, who did our surgery, would instil sense of comfort and assurance in the patients immediately. Now a days it is rare to find such a highly qualified doctor with such nice and friendly aproach. Absolutely recommended for cataract problems ( atleast).
