Praise for Doctors (5 Stars): 👨⚕️ The ophthalmologists are exceptional: Expert, confident, and thorough. They inspire complete trust. Critical Issues Requiring URGENT Management Intervention (0 Stars): UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT OF FEMALE STAFF: Specifically the women handling name-calling & eye drops: Rude & dismissive: Rolled eyes, snapped at patients, zero empathy. Aggressive when questioned: Asking twice (even politely) triggered visible anger and condescension. "Playing Doctor": Acted like medical authorities—refusing basic explanations and treating patients as irritants. Extreme Weekend Overcrowding: Chaotic Saturdays/Sundays with 2–3 hour waits. No crowd control. EXPLICIT CALLS FOR MANAGEMENT ACTION: 🚨 TO ASG MANAGEMENT: YOU MUST: TRAIN THESE SPECIFIC STAFF: Immediate sensitivity/customer service training for name-calling & eye drop female staff. SUPERVISE THEM: Assign senior staff to monitor their patient interactions. HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE: Implement consequences for repeated rudeness. FIX WEEKEND SCHEDULING: Cap appointments or add staff on Saturdays/Sundays.

Had gone for a regular check up. Doctors are awesome. Staff were cooperative and process felt smooth and well coordinated. Few points of improvement - waiting time despite patient arrival on time is huge, crowd mgt can be better. The pharmacy store should offer some discount in this day and age where even a small med shop gives min 15% off.

An unfortunate incident that occurred during a recent visit to your hospital. The patient had initially consulted Dr. Atanu, who later recommended catract surgery. Based on medical advice and personal preference, the patient opted to undergo the surgery under Dr. Kaushik Basu. Subsequently, the patient revisited the hospital for a follow-up/recheckup consultation. However, as Dr. Basu was unavailable on that day, the patient requested to consult Dr. Atanu for the necessary medical review. To our surprise, the Floor Manager, Mr. Narayan, informed us that Dr. Atanu would not see the patient because the patient had earlier chosen Dr. Basu instead of Dr. Atanu for the surgery. We were further advised to consult a third doctor, Dr. Sudip, instead. Denying medical consultation on such grounds is highly concerning and distressing, especially when the patient visited the hospital in good faith seeking medical guidance. Medical care should prioritize patient well-being and professional ethics rather than personal preferences or administrative decisions. That was very unprofessional behavior.

ASG Eye Hospital one of the Ellite eye hospital of Kolkata West Bengal. I have been doing my eye check up since 2019. The best Doctor is Dr.Himansgu Srkhar. He is the best eye surgen of India. The hospital location is excellent but the vehicle charge is costly. I have small recommended regarding the wash room. Washroom cleaning and maintaince is essential at regular interval.
