We recently got a Cardiac MRI done for my mother at Usmanpura Imaging Center – Satellite Branch, and I would like to sincerely appreciate their excellent service. The staff was very polite, supportive, and professional throughout the process, which made a stressful medical situation much easier for our family. The entire procedure was handled smoothly, and they ensured we were comfortable at every step. A special mention for their complimentary pickup and drop service from home — it was extremely helpful and showed their commitment to patient care. Overall, we had a very good experience and would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for reliable and patient-friendly diagnostic services.

The staff was really fantastic , In the head office. Mr.Ruchit was exceptional, his way of handling all our request was par excellence, his dedication to customer service must be bench marked. Thank you so very much Ruchitji. In the Satellite Branch, we had a similar experience with Dr Swatiji and Dr.Jyotiji. Both of them were very apt and very compassionate in handling the patient in distress. Doctors like these two brilliant young ladies, goes a long way in helping the patient feel safe and in secure hands and makes it a memorable experience for them, It did for us. The radiologist Dr Khyatiji was also superb with her reporting. Our ENT made a special request after seeing her reports and she responded promptly and provided that and that helped our Physician to give proper diagnosis. Whoever is training the staff members of the Satellite Branch deserve a massive hand of applause. God bless you all and thank you all for making it a pleasant experience.

Staff is cooperative, informative and proactive. Doctors are supportive and takes care of the patients comfort for female patients also. Reports are given in hand (wherever possible) and also shared instantly on WhatsApp as per test done Cleanliness is maintained.
