Trilok Diagnostic is a well managed and reliable center for medical tests. The place is clean, organized, and the service is usually quick. I visited recently for some tests and had a smooth experience. mention to Miss Neetu at the reception she was polite, helpful, and handled the billing process very efficiently. She made the whole visit comfortable . Good to see such dedicated staff

Doctors are good, staff is good, prices are affordable than other places, water is available. But they told us that if you feel false pee sensation and go to doctor then they charge you again. Which is unfair so less than a star. Otherwise good especially for ladies who want female radiologist.

The staff here is very rude, there is no way to talk to anyone, if you call me, they will reply very rudely, the system is also very busy, it's 10 o'clock, I took my wife for 2 o'clock, the number has not come yet. I said, please cancel, you will pay the cancellation charges, no money will be returned, you will have to go, at the time of registration, I told you that the number will come in 30 minutes.

He explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident about the process. His supportive nature really stood out to me. The rest of the staff is also very helpful, cooperative, and professional. From the reception to the technicians, everyone treats patients with care and respect.
