Renbow Hospital has excellent staff who provide great care. I was very impressed by Dr. Kunj Bihari Sir way of communicating and the guidance he provided; what I particularly liked about him was that he greets everyone by saying "Radhe Radhe." The staff—including Prahlad Singh and others—are also very helpful.
Had a great experience at Ujala Cygnus Rainbow Hospital, Agra, during my wife's C-section delivery. The hospital staff was supportive, professional, and caring throughout the entire journey. Special thanks to Dr. Manpreet Sharma and her team for their excellent treatment, guidance, and care. A heartfelt thanks to Sadhana (Patient Care Attendant) for her kind support and attentive patient care. We are truly grateful for the overall experience and medical support provided by the hospital. Highly appreciated
Overall, I had a very good experience at this hospital. My mother underwent calculus treatment, and the care provided by the doctors and staff was excellent. The hospital is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. One suggestion would be to increase the number of receptionists during peak working hours so that waiting times at the reception can be reduced to less than 5 minutes. Thank you to the entire team for their professional and caring service. (P)
