I am extremely grateful to Dr. Sangram Keshari Behera for his treatment at IMS & SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar. From the first consultation to post-procedure care, he was calm, patient, and very clear in explaining my condition and the treatment plan. His confidence and professionalism gave me a lot of reassurance during a stressful time, and the results of the treatment have been excellent. I genuinely feel relieved and thankful for his skill and dedication. In addition to being a highly competent CTVS surgeon, he is also a genuinely kind and respectful person toward patients and families. I would strongly recommend Dr. Behera to anyone needing cardiac or vascular surgical care.
Worst service I have ever seen. Our patient is in serious condition in ICU ambulance. We have came from more than 300 kms. Waiting since last one hour but no body responded. Behaviour of staff is also bad. At last we transferred our patient to another hospital.
I Ms swati My father was admitted room no 28 bedno-30 to this hospital and discharge last Friday After admission, the Dr Jimmy Narayana is excellent doctor and all the other services were very good but the nursing services their the worst. They did not take proper care of the patient and when asked some questions, they would answer in a rudely. The way of talking was that of a patient.Very bad especially general ward 28 nursing staff Kindly acknowledge this feedback .. otherwise this will always be patient suffering. ..
Plz don't go for emergency patient because there are no efficient nurshing staff/pg residence in general ward. And don't do blood transfusion in ward. Recently I have lost my mother. So sad 😔. Bad experience. 😡
Very poor service. unhygienic. Inexperienced personnel. It's been 2 months , my father is still not fully cured just for a gull bladder stone operation. You can't find a single doctor at any time. Instead of them only students will check everything and they are not experienced. They are learning by experimenting upon the patients. Only while admitting you you will see a doctor and once you are admitted in this hospital, you will rarely find the doctor visiting your ward. Very poor service. Totally disappointed, I want to give it a zero star if it is possible.
