I had a very good experience at this hospital from admission to discharge. The Doctors were Professional and explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence in my care. The nurses and staff were kind, attentive and always ready to help. The hospital was clean and well organised, and the discharge process was smooth and special thank to Doctor Mamidi Dinesh who has been treating me from day one.

We are very thankful to Dr. Srinivas. After visiting many hospitals for our first child, we finally found the right treatment here. Earlier, our child used to get frequent cold and cough and hospital admissions were common. But after consulting Dr. Srinivas, the dangerous situations reduced a lot and, as he mentioned, the frequency of cold and cough also gradually decreased. Now we are visiting Dr. Srinivas for our second child as well, and we are able to manage cold, cough and other pediatric issues very well with his guidance. We feel very confident and satisfied with his treatment. Thank you so much, Dr. Srinivas sir.

The overall experience was deeply disappointing and alarming. Patients are reportedly being forced to remain hospitalized for 3–5 days irrespective of the severity of their illness, even in cases where treatment could be completed earlier, raising serious concerns about unethical practices. Doctors fail to adequately review patients’ medical history and often unnecessarily alarm patients and their families, with a complete lack of transparency and empathy. There is a noticeable absence of medical etiquette, as conditions are discussed directly in front of patients even when blood pressure and sugar levels are elevated, causing avoidable stress. In our case, Dr. Dinesh behaved rudely and discussed the patient’s condition in the absence of the attendee, which frightened the patient. A very serious concern is the issuance of incorrect discharge summaries—our patient, who was treated for spondylosis, was wrongly diagnosed with acute febrile illness with LRTI without any relevant tests being conducted. When questioned, accountability was avoided and it was later claimed to be someone else’s report. After speaking with other patients, it is evident that several individuals are facing similar issues. Additionally, the behavior of the staff is rude and manipulative. Overall, this facility is not recommendable, and patients are strongly advised to seek a second opinion and carefully verify all medical reports.
