I recently got my mother’s MRI scans done at AARTHI SCANS & LABS, Parel, and the experience was truly reassuring. I would especially like to thank the lady at the reception (I don't know her name, but she was there on Saturday 7th Feb, 2026 between 3:30 PM to 5:45 PM till we left) — she was extremely cooperative, patient, and helpful throughout the process, which made a stressful situation much easier for us. The entire staff was courteous and well-organized, and the services were provided at very affordable charges, which is a huge relief for families needing quality diagnostic care. I sincerely appreciate the organization and the people running this center for their dedication and for carrying out this noble service with such professionalism and compassion. Highly recommended.

I came for an X-ray and ECG with a prior appointment, but received no support during the process. The reception staff was not bothered about customers’ problems and showed rude and casual behaviour when asked for help. I would not recommend anyone to visit such a horrible place — there is absolutely no value for customers.

They are doing great service to the society, by offering all the tests and scans at nominal prices, where the other companies are waiting to trap the patients in the time of crisis. This is an exceptional company, having all modern machines, ambient and hygienic labs, even with low prices for their services. At first, when I searched for the rates offered, I didn't believe it until I experienced it. They are still holding up the values they claim to have started with..... which is commendable. I wish great success to this company and recommend it after my own satisfactory experience.

Got a CT scan done at Aarthi Scans and Labs — pricing is very reasonable, probably one of the cheapest options across Worli, Parel, and Dadar. The place is always crowded, likely due to the affordability. However, my doctor at Jaslok Hospital mentioned that the report format seemed a bit outdated. Overall, good for budget-friendly diagnostics, but be prepared for waiting time and basic reporting.
