Got a CT scan done at Aarthi Scans and Labs — pricing is very reasonable, probably one of the cheapest options across Worli, Parel, and Dadar. The place is always crowded, likely due to the affordability. However, my doctor at Jaslok Hospital mentioned that the report format seemed a bit outdated. Overall, good for budget-friendly diagnostics, but be prepared for waiting time and basic reporting.

I came for an X-ray and ECG with a prior appointment, but received no support during the process. The reception staff was not bothered about customers’ problems and showed rude and casual behaviour when asked for help. I would not recommend anyone to visit such a horrible place — there is absolutely no value for customers.

They are doing great service to the society, by offering all the tests and scans at nominal prices, where the other companies are waiting to trap the patients in the time of crisis. This is an exceptional company, having all modern machines, ambient and hygienic labs, even with low prices for their services. At first, when I searched for the rates offered, I didn't believe it until I experienced it. They are still holding up the values they claim to have started with..... which is commendable. I wish great success to this company and recommend it after my own satisfactory experience.
