I had a great experience at Dr. Amrish Mehta Apple Diagnostic. The staff was polite & professional. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the entire process from registration to receiving my reports was smooth and timely.

I had a very disappointing experience with Amrish Mehta Lab. There were repeated false commitments regarding the appointment and technician visit. Despite confirming the schedule through calls, SMS, and emails, the lab failed to honor the committed time. The technician gave misleading information about their location, which caused unnecessary confusion and delay. Because of this lack of transparency and poor coordination, my time was wasted and the appointment failed. Such unprofessional behavior and false assurances are unacceptable, especially when customers plan their entire day based on confirmed appointments. A diagnostic service is expected to be reliable, honest, and customer-centric—none of which were reflected in this experience. I strongly suggest the lab improve its communication, punctuality, and accountability toward customers.
