We’ve been going to Suburban since ages. Even at home collection, Alquama has been our go to technician. He’s able to catch the vein very quickly and does blood collection without any pain. He’s also very clear on the communication and ensures the reports are sent to us timely.
Very well service and comfort provided by the team of pathology department.. mainly I will mention the name Puja. She is very good in handling needle along with a proper way of process maintaining 💉 and it was just painless experience. Keep it up!!
Sonal at the reception was very very helpful . But they as a company they need to streamline processes. And appointments. We had a hole collection appointment but they didn’t assign any technician. Once called them again we came to know about this goof up and then we had to rush to the centre. After reaching here also we had to wait for almost an hour just to get the billing done and the process started. This is despite taking a prior appointment. The only saving grace are their ever helpful and polite technician and staff. A big shout out to Sonal at reception who was really helpful and explained the details properly .
recently had my mammogram done at Surbaban, and I must say it was a very comfortable experience. Anita Yadav and her team were extremely professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the procedure. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was at ease, which really helped reduce my anxiety. One of the most comfortable mammogram experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend Anita Yadav and the Surbaban team.
One of the best diagnostic center. I always visit here every yearly for my pilot medical check up and it has always been quick and very smooth. Your staff are who makes it happen for an amazing care towards patients. I would like to highlight 2 such staffs on from ECG Miss. Swetha and from blood test dept. Miss Heena and miss aanchal
