Palika Vinayak Hospital

Avoid this Hospital at all Costs I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling experience my family and I had at [PALIKA VINAYAK HOSPITAL PATNA ]. My mother was taken to the hospital's emergency department with severe liver issues, blood vomiting and what we encountered was a nightmare. Despite the critical condition of my mother, there was no doctor available on Sunday, and the staff seemed completely unconcerned about her well-being. They simply administered a normal saline solution and asked us to purchase expensive medication (Rs. 25,000) that wasn't even used. The lack of care and attention from the hospital staff was shocking. When my mother's condition worsened, with severe vomiting, the staff showed no urgency or concern. One doctor finally suggested that we shift her to Medanta Hospital, implying that we were not getting proper care at this hospital . The entire experience was traumatic, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hospital. The staff's irresponsible behavior and lack of medical attention are unacceptable. If you value your health and life, stay away from this hospital . And then, when we were shifting our mother from the emergency ward, everyone was in a panic situation. One of the staff at the billing counter asked to transfer Rs. 9,000 to their phone, and my brother, who was already in a panic situation, just paid them and we left the hospital.they already charged 40k. for the emergency

Staff behaviour were so nice the way they talk and care is feel like home thanks to all staff of palika vinayak hospital

Telephone manners are simply not known to your organisation. Tried connecting on phone to seek yor email ID. I had to send approval for Unlisted procedure in respect of Claim ID 35755653. But this was futile effort.

Best hospital best treatment best staff behavior all facilities is good. Some persons give bad reviews but this is not true.

Worst hospital and very rude manager :- ( nand Kumar ) . Many other best hospitals are there .
