My father recently had surgery at Rajeshwar Hospital, one of the best private hospitals in Patna, and the entire experience was excellent. The doctors were highly skilled and very supportive, and the nursing staff took great care throughout the recovery. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Truly grateful for their service.
Very irresponsible service. There is no professionalism and no one takes ownership of the patient’s condition. Doctors do not attend on time and there is no proper accountability from the medical staff. The reception staff are rude, unhelpful, and lack basic manners while speaking to patients. The hospital also lacks proper cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Very easy to find, public transport comes here. Cleaning and sanitation is very good. Very spacious and well managed hospital. Doctors comes regularly for inspection. General ward is same as other hospitals. Parking space is available but not very big. Waiting area is large. Charges are at bit higher side.
