An Individual coordinator Ms. Nisha was associated with us, Ms Nisha did all the coordination with all the labs, doctors etc. A very nice breakfast was also organized by the hospital. Had normal delivery on 5th feb 2026 Special thanks to Dr. Chanchal Gupta for less pain and making my positive experience. Also thanks to Dr. Anmol , nursing staff , housekeeping team , and general staff . Overall experience was good . I would recommend other pregnant mommies to consult from Dr. Chanchal Gupta for painless delivery . Every journey is different but for me it was a blessing !
I had a very good experience at the hospital. From admission to discharge, everything was managed in a very professional and systematic manner. The doctors were highly knowledgeable, supportive, and explained every medical detail clearly. The nursing staff was very caring, polite, and always available whenever needed. Housekeeping services were excellent – rooms and washrooms were clean and hygienic at all times. The billing and front desk team handled all formalities smoothly without any confusion. Overall environment of the hospital was safe, organized, and patient-friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Rakesh for his continuous support, coordination, and polite behavior throughout the process. He ensured everything was managed properly and guided us whenever required. Also, heartfelt thanks to Ms. Neha Lakhani for her kind support and prompt assistance. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate the entire hospital team for their dedication and excellent service.
