I have been given appointment at 8. 30 am on 7th Feb. I came on time. But the person on registration counter given me 3rd number. He allowed the person whose family made debate with him to send them early. It is completely unjustified and wring practice. I have pain in my ankle and asked to wait for 90 minutes. Completely unfair act by the management. There is no rule, if you can debate they allow you before. Otherwise it is good place with quality scan.

Visted Imaging point today for USG of Parotid Glad…Special thank you to Ms Komal Brokar & Anjali Shinde for their cooperation. They was very polite & courteous. At reception. Ms Komal after understanding my urgency went out of the way to help & expedite the process. Appreciate her support. Ms Aproova Dixit, Radiologist was very professional and explained the procedure in simple and understandable terms for USG of Parotid gland. Overall very good experience ..!
The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. Especially the receptionist — her nature is very kind, friendly, and welcoming. She guides patients properly and handles everything smoothly. Overall, a very good experience at this clinic!
