Front desk reception staff was helpful and efficient. The nurse coordinating the patients was also sweet. I had gone for a USG and the doctor who did it was rude. Asked me chief complaint to which I replied that I wanted an ultrasound to check on my pcod and gall bladder status is all. He just then went on with the examination. No further history or acknowledgement of anything. Even during the usg, he pressed the probe down extremely hard. I’ve had usgs done before and never before has the probe hurt me like it did today! He never even enquired if the probe pressure was too much. Wont recommend this place and will not be visiting again. The 3 stars are only for the support staff.

My overall experience here was really good. I had come for an HSG test and reached at 11:45 am. It was a bit crowded, but the staff guided me well through the documentation process. The facility has clean washrooms for patients and their attendants, as well as wheelchairs and stretchers available when needed. I also asked the staff about the negative reviews online, and they explained that some tests take longer depending on the doctors’ availability. So, anyone booking a test or consultation should confirm report timing with the doctor/satff before making payment (As it may affect theirs appointment to next doctor). Overall, I found the hospital service and hospitality quite good. 🙏

Metro Scan is not a suitable place for USG, X-ray, or MRI services. I recently went there with my father for these scans, and our experience was very disappointing. The staff behaved rudely and irresponsibly, and their treatment of patients was unacceptable. The booking and front-desk staff displayed unprofessional attitudes, and the assistants acted as if they were senior radiologists themselves. Patients are made to wait from morning until evening without proper communication or support. As a friendly suggestion, please consider visiting another diagnostic center. This place does not compromise on their charges and even demands full payment in advance before conducting the scan. I strongly recommend avoiding this center based on my experience.
