Never Make a mistake to get your test done here you will waste your time,money and mental peace here !!! Made mistake of geting lab test here for 2nd time both time asolutely lethargic and rude unprofessional staff.Was thinking other reviews might be a mistake but they were true...Government should cancel there licence immediately for such unprofessional staff. Before making payment they are very wellspoken and nice After making payment don't treat patients nicely and behaved as if they are doing a Favour. 1st time the staff told us to come for echo at 2.30pm and doctor came at 4pm wasted so much of patient time.. The 2nd time the I had to enquire if lab reports arrived staff did not receive landline call tried alternate number when recived the staff instead of responding talked to query rudely "landline per call ni karna hota kya? ". Even when calling landline number the staff didn't respond if report has arrived or not.. Everyone values there time have never have faced such harrasment and rude staff in any center will never get any test done here.. Don't know how this center is still running with such a stupid staff.

It is important that the staff always maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards patients. However, the speaking tone observed during the interaction was quite rude and unprofessional. Apart from this concern, everything else was satisfactory.

This place is filled with lethargic staffs and unprofessional attitude. You'd be informed to report at 12pm for basic lab tests and then these guys will make you sit endlessly for 2-3 hours idle as their staff and doctor is not their. Literally can't adhere to any time lines. unprofessional attitude at it's peak. Ended up spending 3 hours of time here to get the 10 minutes test done.

It's located on central bazar road, ramdaspeth and near the Lokmat square, Nagpur. First time visited here and have good experience. Their working process is little slow and you've to wait for a while to get your number after giving documents and they'll call you after 2-3 hrs for getting CT scan report. They should increase their working speed to save the people's valuable time.

We went there for CT scan. It’s location is near to Tuli Imperial hotel. Tests cost are not that cheap and it’s comparable to what other major hospitals charges you. Although it’s neat and clean however overall ambience is bit dull.
