I usually don't write reviews, but my visit to Galaxy diagnostic centre, it has forcefully made me to write this review. Patients ko bahut der tak wait karana is not very true , so according to me patients jo wait karte hai itne der 2 -2 hours or even more than that , so instead of that staff should give appointment time to the patients, because obviously people are having other works too , aur us 2 hours me patients ke sath ho rehte hai or patient k dusre kam bhi ho sakte hai . So i visited many times , whenever I am visiting Galaxy , so vo sunkar mujhe to bahut gussa ata hai .dimag kharab hota hai , but I am still controlling that , because staff se bat karke zagda karke vo matter sought out to hone wala nahi hai , so jo director hai is hospital ka i think , he should think on this. Writing such a long review, is really like giving bad and worst feedback to this Galaxy Diagnostic centre. Instead i would recommend other rainbow is more better . Thank you.

I went there..by using Google map location..resulted in wandering here and there..at Morning 6 AM.. So Map Location is Ridiculous... We Were ask to report at 6 AM by Tukdoji Cancer Hospital Nagpur..at Diagnostic.. centre.. we reached at about 6:20 AM.. then they make us sit.. for 2 hrs. With Lots of mosquitos... Inside the room... All the process started 8:30 AM Onwards... All the staff members were polite and helpful.. But they don't inform us.... about the report... I have make a call... And then they said Your report is ready you haven't taken it yet..

I had one of the worst experiences ever at Galaxy Vidarbha Diagnostics. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and absolutely insensitive toward patients. Despite having a scheduled MRI, I was made to wait 7 HOURS with no proper communication or courtesy. Every time I asked for an update, the staff behaved arrogantly as if they were doing a favour. A diagnostic centre that deals with patients should at least maintain basic respect and time management. This place failed in both. I would never recommend Galaxy Vidarbha Diagnostics to anyone. Pathetic service and a complete waste of time.

I have been visiting Galaxy Vidarbha Diagnostics, Nagpur for many years now, and my experience has always been excellent. The center is well-maintained, organized, and operates very professionally. He is always very helpful, keeps me regularly updated about reports, and ensures the entire processing is handled quickly and without any confusion.
