Am Pm 24 Hrs Hospitals Private Limited

This is an escalation regarding my extremely poor experience at AM PM Hospital. I had a pre-scheduled medical checkup for my mother, yet the entire process took nearly 5 hours to complete. There was a clear lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the facility, and doctors were repeatedly unavailable or delayed despite confirmed appointments. Such mismanagement and disregard for patients’ time, especially for senior citizens, is unacceptable. I request the hospital management to urgently look into appointment handling, doctor availability, and overall facility maintenance to prevent others from facing similar inconvenience. As of now, I strongly do not recommend this hospital for routine health checkups.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the waiting time experienced during a recent visit at AMPM hospital. We brought our nine-month-old infant to Dr. Mishra for a check-up. While we have no concerns regarding the doctor's expertise, we were disappointed with the hospital staff's apparent disregard for scheduled appointment times. We were informed that Dr. Mishra would be available between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and accordingly, we arrived at the hospital at 12:45 PM. However, the doctor did not arrive until after 2:00 PM, resulting in a significant and unnecessary wait, which is particularly challenging with a young infant. It is imperative that the hospital either adheres to the appointment times provided or proactively informs patients in advance of any potential delays. Wasting patients' time is unacceptable, and unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced such an issue at your facility.

Best cashless hospital in kalyan, my child admit for 6 days, and not a single rupee was taken for me. Dr. Mahajan & RM best doctor. My full treatment done in cashless service only. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner to all patients free of cost. All staff very polite and helpful. Rooms clean and good ambience Thanks
