My father, Vinod Vishnu Dhamne (Age 58), recently underwent a hernia operation at Janki Global Multispeciality Hospital on the 18th, and our experience was truly excellent. All the doctors, nurses, and staff were extremely supportive, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. Their approach made us feel comfortable and at ease at every step. The hospital environment is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. Rooms and surroundings are cleaned regularly, which never made us feel like we were in a hospital. The food and breakfast provided were hygienic, simple, and had a homemade feel, which added to our comfort during the stay. We are grateful to the hospital owners, doctors, nurses, and the entire staff for their dedication and care. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this hospital. The service is absolutely pathetic, unprofessional, and negligent. They failed completely in providing proper treatment, and the patient showed no recovery under their care. This hospital lacks basic standards of healthcare and compassion. One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. Do not go to this hospital under any circumstances.

Dr. Jitendra Gupta - Managing Director and Dr. Anuj Gandhi Chest Physician were excellent. They were very calm, patiently answered my trivial questions without hesitation and made it a point to explain every course of treatment that I was undergoing, Everyone from reception to insurance desk to technicians and nurses are very helpful, special thanks to Dr. Vinay Yadav my family Doctor who had recommended to Janki Global Multi-speciality hospital.... I've had a good experience here with my treatment of dengue fever and low platelets. The entire hospital staff is very supportive and pro-active. Would like to thank all the doctors, nursing staff, supportive staff like reception, TPA, mama and maushi for their support during my treatment here.
