I had a really good experience at this hospital. The staff took excellent care of me and were always attentive and supportive. The food was tasty, hygienic, and served on time every day. The service was well-managed and professional, which made my stay comfortable and stress-free. Because of the timely care and proper treatment, my recovery happened faster than I expected. I’m truly thankful to the doctors, nurses, and staff for their dedication and care.

Very disappointing experience. There is no proper hygiene maintained in the hospital. A common washroom is used by multiple patients, which is highly unhygienic. The staff is careless, unprofessional, and seems inexperienced, most of them appear to be trainees with very little knowledge. The doctor was rarely available, only visiting twice a week, and often didn’t even properly check the patient, just asking about the condition from the door. This is completely unacceptable for patient care. The staff also lacked basic medical skills; even simple procedures like giving injections were not handled properly, which caused unnecessary bleeding. Overall, there was no improvement in the patient’s condition during the stay. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

My friend, Mr. Farukh Khan, was admitted on 3-12-2025. His neck had accidentally gotten stuck in a lift, causing a major cervical injury. He was having severe difficulty breathing, and we feared he would not survive. As soon as we reached the hospital, he was attended to immediately and put on a ventilator. At that moment, we truly felt that our patient might not make it. But thankfully, due to the outstanding efforts of the doctors and the entire hospital team, today our patient has come off the ventilator. He is able to sit up, stand, and is now safely shifted to the general ward. I personally want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the doctors and the nursing staff, and I deeply salute them for their dedication. Had we not brought him to Shivam Hospital that day, we cannot imagine what might have happened. A big thank you to all the staff.
