I had a very positive experience at Criticare Hospital. The staff is extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring, which makes a big difference during stressful medical situations. I was admitted last night in Friday for severe pain in back and abdomen, I was given immediate care at the emergency room , and then was admitted for further checkup , the hospital director himself keeps a close tab on all the follow-ups , the entire team are humble and have patience , obviously due to high demand there where few delays here and there , due to which one star is less … but overall experience with surgeons , nurses , Maushi’s everyone has been amazing. Infrastructure wise it’s a nice property is nice and has great connectivity. A lil wear and tear in the structure is due to aging of the building , but leaving that aside , the hygiene is properly taken care of . Special thanks to Dr.Varun Gunwante for his excellent seamless procedure , post surgery he even guided with the diet and food restrictions I shld maintain, even the anaesthetic surgeon was very humble and gentle. I do not recollect the names of the maushi and mamas who were always available to assist throughout the admission process. Last but not the least Sister Rutuja has been the best throughout my time here in criticare, her gentle touch while putting the cannulas and innumerable injections has been amazing and painless .
