Amandeep Hospital

The nursing staff and doctors are really really good but the infrastructure of the hospital lacks a-lot but the renovations and going on. I hope they would renovate the washrooms asap. And maintain proper hygiene. Especially a nurse named seghal helped us alot and was really polite to every patient.

Pathetic and completely unacceptable emergency response at Amandeep Hospital. We arrived with a patient who required immediate medical attention and urgently requested a wheelchair. Despite clearly informing the staff, no one came to assist us even after waiting for more than 15 minutes in the car. This is not just poor service this is pure negligence. You claim to provide “emergency services,” but your staff failed to respond to a basic and critical request. What is the purpose of an emergency facility if patients are left unattended and helpless at the entrance? Because of your staff’s careless and irresponsible behavior, we were forced to take the patient to another hospital. This delay could have put the patient’s life at serious risk. Such negligence is unacceptable and raises serious questions about your hospital’s emergency preparedness and management. Hospitals are expected to save lives, not ignore patients in need. Strongly condemn this experience. Immediate corrective action and accountability are required.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the emergency team at Amandeep Hospital. We recently brought a cancer patient who was experiencing severe headaches and was in a very critical condition. The medical staff responded immediately and handled the situation with great care, professionalism, and urgency. Their prompt action, clear communication, and supportive attitude made a difficult situation much easier for us. We are truly thankful for the dedication and compassion shown by the entire emergency team. Thank you for providing excellent care when it was needed the most.

My mother had been suffering from knee pain for the past two years. We were fortunate to come across the humble and compassionate Dr. Avtar Singh. He explained every aspect of her treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation with great patience and clarity. Thanks to his care, my mother can now walk comfortably without any support. I am extremely grateful to Amandeep Hospital, especially Dr. Avtar Singh, for such excellent treatment. The hospital staff is also very cooperative and supportive. I highly recommend Amandeep Hospital, Amritsar, to anyone dealing with orthopedic issues.
