My mother got admitted with stroke. She was unconscious and was kept in ICU for 3 days. She improved well and now able to recognise family members. All staff and doctors were very cooperative and helped us in many ways.I highly recommend this centre for stroke management.

We chose Uppal Hospital for my grandfather’s joint replacement, and it was the right decision. The doctors were skilled, the surgery was successful, and post-surgery care was excellent. The staff treated him with great patience and kindness. Very happy with the overall experience.

My mother underwent bilateral knee replacement at Uppal Hospital, Amritsar. The surgery went smoothly, and the overall experience was positive. The nursing staff was very supportive, with special care provided during recovery. Physiotherapy support was good, and recovery has started well. Ground staff were attentive and visited frequently to assist. Overall, we are satisfied with the treatment and would recommend Uppal Hospital for knee replacement surgeries.

If anyone is coming here for neurosurgery, especially with an ECHS card or referral, I strongly advise not to choose Uppal Hospital. The neurosurgeon, Dr. Shikhil Uppal, appeared to lack adequate experience. Before surgery, my father was stable and fully oriented. However, within 5–6 days after surgery, his condition became critically ill. Even after the operation, the hospital did not properly explain or show the mass lesion that was supposedly removed. Three weeks later, when an MRI was conducted at another hospital, senior and more experienced neurosurgeons questioned what had actually been removed during the surgery. One experienced doctor clearly told us that we had chosen the wrong neurosurgeon, especially when we had multiple better options available under ECHS. This decision has severely impacted my father’s life. Based on our painful experience, I would never recommend Uppal Hospital for neurosurgery. Please consider other hospitals and top neurosurgeons if you have ECHS facilities available.

My mother had gallbladder surgery at Uppal Neuro Hospital, which was risky due to her age and health conditions. Thanks to Dr. Ashok, the surgery went very well, and she is now perfectly fine. The hospital staff were caring, and the facility was clean. A truly satisfying experience.
