It’s the worst hospital for any sort of treatment in Amritsar. The doctors are very careless and irresponsible. My mother went into the hospital few days back just for treatment of minor pain in her arm and heart. They ill treated her which led to her kidney failures as earlier she never had issues in her kidneys. They gave her wrong and strong medicines and when they ruined her condition they referred her to another hospital where she passed away just bcoz of their wrong medications and treatment. Never ever go to this hospital. Neverrrrrrrrrr.

There is no option to provide negative rating in google otherwise this hospital deserves -5 star. Greedy and money minded doctor Rohit Kapoor and staff. My mother had been admitted with infection in one foot and pain in back. they admitted her into ICU in late night and injected bottle of glucose and few medicines. after 2-3 hours in the night all staff were sleeping and were not checking the condition of patients, when we checked, we lost our mother due to their negligence of these careless staff. this incident happened within few hours and they did not give medicines and test reports back. when we went to them and had arguments all staff vanished and some permanent hired goons came suddenly out of nowhere and started abusing us. Even they did not provide us the file and documents related to treatment and medicines given to the patient stating this is the rule of hospital. I don't know how they legally run this hospital. We have lost our mother and anyone who wishes to visit this hospital go with their own risk.

Good hospital well educated staff and doctor's. Helpers are good. They understand the patient situation. But one problem is security is not good in hospital. Patient want to go outside for their time spend but security don't go outside for 1 minute.... They don't give gate pass... Welll overall good 👍

The worst hospital one could ever imagine. My father was admitted here on 23 December and were given a room with a broken window. Even after telling the administration about this countless times, room was not changed and even window was not repaired. On 24th while checking the sugar of my father on the hospital's sugar machine it calculated 40 units sugar and medical officer ordered to bring limca. But my father knew from inside that his sugar was not this low, so we checked it on our own machine and it came out to be 230. When we showed it to medical officer he said that from now own they will use our machine's readings to record in their sheets ot monitor my father. Such careless attitude of the staff. Had it been someone else and that person would have been given Limca to drink his actual sugar would have spiked up to 500 units. After that my father was shifted to ICU on 25th December in evening. He was shifted back in the room on 26th in the morning at 10 Am. No oxygen mask was put on my father after being shifted from ICU and at 12 PM he died of cardiac arrest. While the doctors tried to revive him, there was no defibrillator(shock machine) it was brought from ICU after 10 minutes, stretcher to shift him in the ICU was brought after 15 minutes, no oxygen mask was put on my father for 2 hours after he was shifted in the room from ICU. Who knows had there been oxygen mask on or the defibrillator was kept nearby my father could have been saved. Afterwards doctor said to me that there was always a risk factor considering the condition of my father and i asked him that if you knew there was a risk factor then why the hell did u shift him from ICU back in the room and he had no reply. In all of this the reception asks me to pay them their balance payment. Many judgement errors and mistakes were made by doctors. The hospital nurses were under qualified. The machines are obsolete here. My father died because of them. I can only say this that do not get your family member admitted into this place whatever this place is because this is definitely not a hospital.
