I recently delivered a baby girl, and this was my second delivery at this hospital. The entire experience was excellent. The staff, helpers, and doctors are extremely caring, polite, and cooperative. They communicate clearly, explain every detail thoroughly, and provide exceptional patient care. Dr. Shagun Randhawa is a highly knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. She is patient, supportive, and always takes the time to clearly explain the medical condition and treatment plan. Her reassuring approach makes patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and equipped with excellent facilities. I am highly satisfied with the care provided and truly consider it one of the best hospitals.

I recently delivered my baby boy at Randhawa hospital. I like to extend my gratitude to Doctor Shagun and entire staff for the excellent service whicg they provide at reasonable price. During my entire pregnancy, doctor Shagun has guided me so well at every step and she is always available there for us even after working hours. She even answer queries on watsapp . She is the best gynaecologist in the city and very co operative. 5 stars for excellent service. Keep up the good work and best wishes 👍

Hello, I gave birth to my daughter at this hospital on November 26, 2025. I am very grateful to Dr. Shagun, Dr. Pradeep, and the entire staff for their help. The OT (Operating Theatre) staff were also very cooperative. Throughout my entire operation, I was talking to the anesthesiologist, Dr. Amarjeet. She is very nice. The staff on the third floor are also very good, but Sister Venus in the NICU is very rude. Whenever I went there to feed my daughter, she was always disrespectful. She wasn't willing to help me... she was always busy looking at cooking recipes on her phone. Apart from her, my family and I had a good experience here..😊
