From the very first moment we reached the emergency entrance, we experienced immediate and efficient care — right from prompt reception, doctors’ quick assessment, and simultaneous diagnostic procedures. The most remarkable aspect was the sense of assurance the hospital provided at a time when we needed it the most. Every step was handled systematically — the surgery was planned only after clearance from all the concerned specialists, ensuring complete safety and confidence for the patient and family. I must particularly mention that unlike some well-known corporate orthopedic hospitals, where they discuss “optional add-ons” or upgrades during surgery at extra cost, AMOR Hospital maintains complete transparency. There is no such drama here — they clearly communicate everything beforehand. They use top-quality titanium plates and screws as standard, not as a premium option. A special mention goes to Dr. Kishore B. Reddy, Managing Director of AMOR Hospital. I had read the hospital’s “Promise Page” on their official website, and after witnessing his dedication personally, I can confidently say that he truly lives up to that promise. Dr. Kishore visits each patient daily, interacts with both the patient and family members, checks on staff, and ensures that no negligence or delay is tolerated. His presence itself brings confidence and trust — a quality rare in corporate healthcare today. The security team is vigilant, the ambience is calm and welcoming, and the nursing staff are polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. There are no unnecessary restrictions like in many other hospitals — you’re kept fully informed about your loved one’s condition throughout. In today’s world, most of us choose hospitals based on online reviews — and that’s exactly why I decided to share our genuine experience. AMOR truly deserves recognition as one of the best healthcare institutions in Hyderabad. However, as an honest reviewer, I’d also like to mention one small area of improvement: The canteen food could be better, and there should be a dedicated space for attendants to have their own meals, as outside food is currently not allowed. The Chief Business Officer, Mr. Prasad, responded immediately and positively to this feedback and assured us that suitable arrangements are being planned.
