Pathetic Service, Security Gaurd Talk like Integence Bureau agent ,feel waisting time and Money Don't Go there
Had a blood test done on 14th June 2025…it’s been 3 days and report is still not ready…called customer support and the agent assured me report will be available before 7 PM today…But still not received…called again and another agent confirmed there is some delay and it will take 24-48 hours maximum from now…I am waiting for 3 days already and still no solution…quite disgusting…worst experience ever…
I recently had my blood test done from Apollo Diagnostics, the procedure was carried out with exceptional skill and efficiency. Deepanshu Sharma (sample collection executive) was able to find a vein quickly and painlessly, which is often not the case for me. Their steady hands and confident approach were very reassuring. The overall experience was excellent.
Deepanshu Sharma is one of the professionally trained technician and well communicated. He collected sample without pain. Highly recommend for his service
