Today, my grandmother and I visited the eye clinic for a routine check-up, and our experience was truly satisfying. The doctors were extremely polite, patient, and professional. They listened carefully to our concerns and explained everything clearly, especially to my grandmother, which made her feel very comfortable. The staff members were helpful and well-organized, and the clinic maintained proper cleanliness and hygiene. The waiting time was reasonable, and the overall environment felt calm and welcoming. We are very happy with the consultation and would definitely recommend this clinic to others looking for good eye care services.

Dr.Anirban Das did a great job. He did my mother operation with ease and even though no one gave us any hope he got back 70% of her vision. A true hero! I would definitely recommend Dr.Anirban to all as he is very good with his work and doesn't give false hope to anyone. Thank u Dr. Agarawal for the guidance and thank you Dr. Anirban for his service. We need more doctors like him.

I was very impressed with the response from the hospital. Apart from the medical staff Ishika stood out for her prompt attention and service. However, there was this guy Souvik who probably needs a bit of training in customer management.

Consulted Dr S.Hossain at Agarwals Eye Hospital Kasba Kolkata. Cataract surgery for both eyes were completed successfully in Dec2025. Arrangement was very nice. Staff behaviour was polite and helpful.
