I visited the hospital with my 4-year-old son due to fever. The treatment and after-care provided by the doctor were good, and I am satisfied with the consultation. However, punctuality was a major issue. I was informed that the doctor would arrive at 9:30 AM, so I reached the hospital at 8:00 AM as I also needed to return to my office. I had the first appointment, but I was not given priority. My son and I had to wait for a long time and became very tired. The doctor arrived only after 10:00 AM. If we had been informed earlier that the doctor would come after 10:00 AM, we would not have waited for so long. Everyone has a busy life, especially parents with small children. Overall, the medical care is good, but I request the hospital to please improve punctuality and communication.
A good hospital. Both inpatient and outpatient treatments are provided. Full-time emergency service is also available. The staff are very attentive and caring. Patients’s rooms are kept clean , not to mention toilets and other premises. All credits to the janitors. It is usually quiet inside the hospital. Therefore unwanted noise would be the least of your concerns. A Canteen facility is available inside the hospital compound. Parking lot is also provided..

A hospital should be a place where patients feel cared for and respected, but unfortunately they fails to provide even the most basic level of compassion and professionalism. I would not recommend this facility to anyone in need of proper medical attention. Most of the nursing staff and support personnel were unresponsive and often rude. The hospital facilities were also below standard. The rooms were not well-maintained,The nurses seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in addressing patients’ concerns. They almost administered the wrong treatment by mixing up patients , They went for an ultrasound scan but accidentally ended up in the IVF section, However noticed the mistake and stopped in time.
