Just finished EECP . Faulity, Doctor, facilities everything excellent. The nursing staff has given outstanding support and Dr. Saroja Nair has spent much time to analyse completely my health issues, even psychologically like a mother. 100% satisfied.

"I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire staff... for the excellent service and compassionate care provided during treatment. From the moment I entered... I was deeply impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and kindness shown by your doctors, nurses, and support staff".

My experience with this hospital was extremely disappointing. I admitted my elderly mother expecting palliative and supportive care. However, throughout the admission, I faced difficulties getting clear information about her treatment and condition. Despite repeated requests, communication from the hospital was not satisfactory. I was also concerned about a procedure that was performed on my mother’s left arm despite prior medical instructions, following which she experienced bleeding and severe pain. The financial burden was much higher than what I had initially understood, causing significant hardship to my family. As a result, I felt that financial considerations were given more importance than patient and family concerns. Based on my personal experience, I would advise families to carefully review all treatment plans, obtain written cost estimates, and seek complete clarification before proceeding with admission. I hope the hospital takes these concerns seriously and improves its patient care and communication practices.

A small hospital with very limited facilities and doctors. Location is also little far from main road and difficult to find out. There a few regular patients , apart from that , definitely not a recommendable hospital. Only good for nursing support , quick examination and first aid.
