Respected Sir, My experience and thoughts are as under:- 1. First of all my all my heartfelt thanks to Dr Anila madam, Dr Sonu and Dr Sumaya for their exemplary dedication to their profession. I once again I thanks to all the team, especially Dr Anila madam. 2. My experience at Classic Private Rooms in SGMC is very good and extra ordinary service from the nursing staff and cleaning staff, especially very positive support from Head nurse. I will very greatful to you for the unforgettable service . 3. Thanking you once again the entire staff and management.

I had my delivery here last week. I was admitted on 17/02. At 4 am went to labor room and was given five doses of tablets to induce labor until evening. Around 9:30 pm, my water broke and I was in continuous severe pain. A PV examination was performed, and I was screaming in pain, but the nurses were very insensitive. I felt that my condition was treated as a disturbance rather than being given proper care and attention. I remained in severe pain until 6:15 am the next morning without effective intervention. Only medical students were checking the baby’s heartbeat, and it was not properly monitored. During this time, two doctors and several nurses performed repeated PV examinations, which was extremely traumatic for me. By 6:15 am, my baby’s heartbeat had dropped very low and the baby was in distress. An emergency C-section was then arranged. It was a frightening situation, and one staff member even blamed me, saying I caused it by pushing the baby, which was very upsetting. My husband and mother were not informed about my condition until the morning. We were only told that a C-section was required just before the procedure. This was my first delivery, and it has been a deeply traumatic experience that I will never forget. I strongly believe that with proper attention and timely care, this emergency situation might have been avoided. Very disappointing experience. The operation theatre and gynecology ward were good, and I was treated well there, except in the labor room.

My executive health checkup experience was excellent. The staff were kind, welcoming, and made sure everything was completed quickly and comfortably. The doctors were approachable and helpful, which made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate the team’s effort, especially Anju, for ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Dayalisis patients alert (same doctor here also)¡ My mother, Mrs. Shamsuniza (Patient ID: GG217418), underwent AV fistula surgery at GG Hospital performed by Dr. Rameshwara talya cardio thorasic surgen While the doctor appeared only to perform the surgery, he never examined or personally reviewed the patient before or after the procedure. All post-operative care was irresponsibly handed over to junior staff, showing a complete lack of accountability. Within just four days, my mother’s operated hand developed severe pain, weakness, redness, and loss of strength. Instead of addressing these complications promptly, the doctor remained unavailable. Only later did he return—not to correct the damage, but to remove the failed AV fistula through a second surgery. Dr. Rameshwara works as a visiting surgeon across multiple hospitals, clearly overloaded and unable to give proper attention to patients. This dangerous practice directly compromised my mother’s safety. Due to unbearable pain, my mother had to be rushed to another hospital, where doctors confirmed severe nerve damage and blood clots caused by the initial surgery. We were warned that if treatment had been delayed by even 24 hours, she could have suffered permanent loss of hand function. This experience reflects gross negligence, poor post-operative care, and a complete disregard for patient safety. I strongly advise patients and families to think carefully before trusting this surgeon with their health.
