The infrastructure is par excellence, support staff is extremely courteous, professional and helpful. We had an excellent experience. I underwent cataract surgery for both eyes, and everything—from the hospitality to the cleanliness—was truly top-notch. The doctors and staff were very professional, supportive, and caring throughout the process. The checkups were well organized, including regular weekly and monthly follow-ups, which gave us a lot of confidence and comfort. Overall, the treatment, guidance, and support from the entire team were outstanding. Highly recommended.
It was my first time at Karthik Netralaya, for cataract surgery. Over the last 3 weeks, I found their reception, culture, and care to be fully patient centric. Every member of the staff and counselling team, courteous and eager to answer any question or dispel apprehensions. The environment there was one of capability, expertise and technology adoption. Kudos to Dr. Ravindra and his team of opthalmologists for having a ingrained a kind and soft ethos into the members of the staff. One point which deserves a mention is their attempt to make a positive social impact in the immediate neighbourhood by employing super senior men and women into suitable roles in the hospital. I met a 73 year woman employee who had been working there for over 15 years! Thank you!
Excellent service. We are availing there service since 22 years. We are always feeling happy and satisfied. We have also referred them to our relations who are also happy with their service. By the way Senior Citizen concession is stopped. Can we have it back. We live with minimum income. Please consider. A request.
