🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Experience at Retina Institute of Karnataka – The Eye Foundation I recently underwent retina surgery at the Retina Institute of Karnataka – The Eye Foundation, and I am deeply impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were courteous, efficient, and reassuring. They handled all the registration formalities smoothly and made me feel completely at ease. The hospital premises are spotless — every area, from the waiting lounge to the operation theatre, is maintained with exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards. The nursing team deserves special appreciation for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. They attended to every need with compassion, ensuring comfort and confidence at each stage of my stay. The optometrists were thorough, highly skilled, and took the time to explain every test and measurement with clarity and care. A heartfelt word of gratitude goes to Dr. Hemanth Murthy, my retina surgeon. His expertise, calm demeanor, and clear communication inspired immense confidence. He explained the procedure in detail, patiently addressed all my concerns, and performed the surgery with great precision. The outcome has been excellent, and I am truly grateful for his skill and dedication. Overall, my experience at the Retina Institute of Karnataka has been outstanding in every respect. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital and Dr. Hemanth Murthy to anyone seeking the best in retinal care. Vani C Gupta

I recently visited this eye hospital for a consultation, and while the doctor was professional, my experience was affected by the rude behavior of one of the nurses. The nurse behaved in a very disrespectful manner and did not show basic courtesy or patience while handling the concern. As someone already anxious about an eye issue, this kind of behavior made the experience even more stressful. Healthcare staff should understand that patients may be worried and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training in patient communication. Good medical care should include both professional treatment and respectful behavior.

I truly appreciate choosing this eye hospital — it has been the best decision for my eye care. I first began my check-ups with Dr. Hemanth Murthy, who is not only highly skilled but also very patient and compassionate. He listens carefully, explains every step of the treatment clearly, and always makes sure we feel confident and comfortable. His guidance and experience have played a major role in my eye-care journey. When my condition required further evaluation, Dr. Hemanth Murthy referred me to Dr. Nagesh, who is an exceptional specialist. Dr. Nagesh is very knowledgeable, calm, and supportive, and he treats patients with great care and respect. His expertise and dedication have given me immense trust and confidence in my treatment. From the doctors to the staff, receptionists, and everyone here, all are very kind and respectful toward patients. These doctors have been very supportive throughout my journey from 2018 till now. It has been my best experience at the Retina Institute of Karnataka. Sushma and Teresa have also been very helpful in guiding and assisting me with everything. Dr. Manjula is also an excellent doctor — she clearly explains the condition and helps us understand the next steps in treatment. Thankyou

Excellent services rendered. Inspite of the large number of people visiting the hospital on a daily basis, the services rendered by the doctors and staff is excellent. The staff is very helpful and pleasing. I would recommend all who have issues with their eyes to visit this place and find a permanent solution.
