I recently visited this eye hospital for a consultation, and while the doctor was professional, my experience was affected by the rude behavior of one of the nurses. The nurse behaved in a very disrespectful manner and did not show basic courtesy or patience while handling the concern. As someone already anxious about an eye issue, this kind of behavior made the experience even more stressful. Healthcare staff should understand that patients may be worried and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training in patient communication. Good medical care should include both professional treatment and respectful behavior.

Excellent services rendered. Inspite of the large number of people visiting the hospital on a daily basis, the services rendered by the doctors and staff is excellent. The staff is very helpful and pleasing. I would recommend all who have issues with their eyes to visit this place and find a permanent solution.
