You can immediately identify that their culture is so good that each employee reflects their vision expectations We visit the hospital on yearly basis for regular check ups and nontime we felt disapponted either with the treatment or with the staff who are so courteous and professional. Also they have a fast track option which i enjoy option for. They charge 1000 rupees for fast track consultation, which includes fast track which would really be worth during high crowded days, premium lounge facility with foot massager, coffe / tea served. You totally get pampered and like the experience

Recently one of my family member had undergone a cataract surgery done by Dr.Savio. ( Trifocal Torique and Trifocal ). THANK YOU Doctor Starting from the tests .. documentation consultation procedure detailing , insurance desk and follow ups over message and call pre operation update and post operation updates checkup and medications The non working staff , sisters , counsellors, Admin, house keeping staff Doctors were friendly and polite. THANK YOU Nethradhama Team In case of any insurance related queries prior have a word with the insurance desk and the insurance company prior .it might take some time approval or to release during the surgery time and might take some time..so be mentally prepared to wait . Note : the operation might take less time for the eyes depending upon surgeries but the pre operation and post operation observation will do take up time don't be hurrying.. Yes any queries do contact the Nethradhama team they will assist . This is indeed Super Speciality Hospital will very good amenities and well advanced Technology Equipments. My wife had ReLEx SMILE PRO laser eye surgery at Nethradhama, Jayanagar. Dr. Sriganesh did the surgery and everything went smooth. We have followup check ups to see how everything is going forward. My wife feels better the next day after surgery now and gradually improving. We hope for a full recovery. We were in contact for the appointment and surgery from Netherlands 3 months prior to the actual surgery. Mrs. Gayathri helped us through with all the details and had been a great support. Overall, we are very satisfied with the process and guidance. Recommended to others!
