Good Vibes follows from Top to Bottom and across the environment, we experienced that on our visit to MOC Ghatkopar Center. Had taken my Mom who is Cancer patient, she unfortunately could not sit and on the waiting area and we got worried anout how could we get through till seeing a Doctor, I explained this to Ayub and Front Desk Team, despite Center being crowded they manage to offer one of the vacant cubicle for her to take rest, I had been to other cancer clinics too, either staff do not have that willingness or courtesy to accommodate any additional request, but I found the entire team very supportive of request being made for an ill patient. We could sail through those 2.5 hours conveniently and during our waiting time I had an opportunity to interact with other patient & their relatives. Although the Research Center is quite high in demand, I found the patients & relatives morale quite high as they spoke high about the facility, Doctor and staff. My first interactive experience with Dr. Vasith Maniar confirmed what I had heard. In my interaction, I found Dr. Maniar to be cheerful person who with his jovial talk uplifts the patient's morale, provides a key understanding to the relatives and besides takes a overal holistic approach towards the treatment. He not only took out time to explain few things but me being in Holistic Practitioner resolved my queries. Thankyou Doctor, Thankyou Staff that is what we called a true serving. Luckily I have an indian husband, and his family doctor recommended his colleague Dr. Udip Maheshwari to us. I'm so blessed & forever thankful that I was treated quickly and cured properly under Dr. Udip Maheshwari of MOC Ghatkopar. For those seeking high quality cancer care, Indians or foreigners like me, I highly recommend him for being such a professional, kind, humble, and positive doctor. He is an extraordinary and superb oncologist. He always reassures me that I will be fine, I will get cured which really helped my mental health well in coping up with the worst disease I had. He answered all my questions very well and explained diligently. I would also like to thank Sir Ali Khan and sister Priyanka for your extended patience, you are so nice and I was really sorry that the situation of my body gave you a hard time in putting up the picc line in my arms, but still you managed to do your best. MOC.. Before leaving a review,I will give a brief about ourselves.I visited MOC GHATKOPAR, for my spouse's chemotherapy with Dr.UDIP MAHESHWARI, a Medical Oncologist. Dr. is kind, convincing, very well knows what's best to his patients. Expect a long waiting period for sure which is ofcourse worth giving a shot.. Regarding the hospital, it's clean, hygienic, very well ventilated. Regarding the food, we were served with breakfast which is good.. Regarding the help desk with insurance,the staff here are very helpful and reachable all the time, be it in person or on phone.. Regarding, doctor on call, in case of emergency, a doctor is always available on call.. Regarding the support like diet and physiotherapy, we do get excellent support here. Now coming to the most important stuff, The Sisters..They are very very nice, kind, friendly, caring, and very good at their job.The same goes to the lab technician here.He is too good at his work. Overall, MOC GHATKOPAR, is a place to go for good recovery and stress free visit. Thank you MOC for supporting us since four weeks.Hoping the same support henceforth too...
